Day 1 (fRIDAY, aUGUST 1, 2025)

• Arrivals

• 5PM-6PM - Registration [check-in to claim your registration kit]

• 6PM-10PM - Business Meeting & Fellowship Night  - dress code: Smart casual

  1. • Hor d'oeuvres only served from 6:30PM  to 7:30PM [no full dinner]

Day 2 (saTURDAY, aUGUST 2, 2025)

• Free time during the day

• 7PM to midnight - Gala Night - dress code: Formal

  1. • Cocktails is served from 7PM to 7:30PM

     • Gala Program starts at 8PM, dinner will be served during the program

     • Dancing till midnight

Day 3 (sUNDAY, aUGUST 3, 2025)

• 8AM - 2:30 PM - CITY Tour - wear the reunion t-shirt received upon arrival

  1. • 8AM meet at the hotel lobby for the bus

• Tour Itinerary and attraction stops: Golden gate bridge, Presidio, Palace of Fine Arts, Lombard Street and Fisherman's wharf.

• • EARLY BIRD RATE = usd 300 (UNTIL MARCH 31, 2025)

  • regular rate = usd 350 (april 1, 2025 onwards)

  • child rate = usd 150
