When and where is the Alumni Reunion and Convention?

I do not have a US visa. How can I apply?
Answer: To apply for a nonimmigrant visa:
• Complete and submit the DS-160 online form and pay the Visa application fee.
• Schedule an appointment and attend an interview at the U.S. Embassy.

Important Note: Apply for the US visa as early as possible and schedule an appointment for interview soonest, even before registering for the reunion or getting an LOI.
Can I get a Letter of Invitation (LOI) to attend the event?
Answer: Yes, but you must first complete your event registration and payment. Each participant must submit a separate registration form to receive an LOI.

Is hotel accommodation included in the registration fee?
Answer: No, hotel accommodation is not included. However, the host chapter has arranged discounted rates at the event venue.
